Add date & time option in campaigns

in many business cases (like webinar invitations) we have an end date for which we create the campaign and we need the clients will get our campaign messages at specific date and time.. also we want to use the campaign module inside the chatbot to capture more new clients into the campaign but as it is now they will get messages only by a delay so messages will not be correct about the upcoming events.
*another option is to add a module of "instant message" inside chatbot builder but the first option is better.

It it will be great to implement also a dynamic delay between messages, so it will not be sent at once... In addition a end date and time, or duration. Because if it´s a big list the system can stop sending , lets suppose 19pm and continue next day sending messages.
