We are on the way of became a chatbot shop solution.
So we will need to integrate not only with watsapp shopp but with ecommece platforms.
In this case it would be easier to retrieve buttos and categories and convert it to buttons or list instead of recreat it on the chatbot builder.
I´m not just thinking in the future... currently there are full systens runing on whatsapp using api and reproducing whe website option and values.
Examples: ecommerces, lottery, bet systems, schedule systems....

Integration with other commercial products is not so easy. You have to remember, we spent at least a month on the Store. Each individual product/platform/website has its own unique structure and we cannot create an universal to all approach. Therefore, there should be a separate development for a code separate product.
If you are not satisfied with my answer, so you can explain in more detail.
Maybe I didn't quite understand something.
