When a Live chat conversation takes place on a website, the Website Visitor may want to send him/herself the chat transcript once the conversation is over.

The Email should be sent when the website visitor actually requests this by clicking on an "email icon" in the header or footer of the chatbox - enters his/her email and than presses the button "Send chat transcript now".

All the contents of the chat transcript will be sent to the entered email address.
