We can just use one chatbot per integration, however if we could set up multples chatbot, we would speed up chatbot development, as many group of block can be grouped on a chatbot.
I think we can change the chatbot using events triggers and system triggers.
We have many chatbots here, that are complex and just copy and change them don´t make it easy to reuse. But if we can use just the part that we want for each development that should be great.
As an example:
  • Chatbot flow for greeting
  • Chatbot for asking adress or customer info
  • Chatbot for a hole category
These three togheter can be use on a shop chatbot, but each of them can be reused for support, or sales...
