Simplify FB and Instagram integrations

Create a router for the incoming messages from one single facebook app.
This way we can add new page(s) to start receiving messages, and address to the right Chatboard/company.
A page is an asset on facebook you can share assets across businesses.
And facebook has that option similar to google for allowing another company to access information... in this case we need to develop this permission request, and ask for it on promptchat.
1- Create an single app
2- Verify this app
3- Create the permission request for pages (facebook and instagram)
4- Create the message router that will address each received message to the right chatboard.

look I have mine and agency pages.. And I can add many pages in the same app and start to listen to messages from them... the only problem is that promptchat integration will receive all of them in one integration ... With the router that will be solved.
