I would like to suggest the following tag improvments:
  • Remove tag block (on the chatbot builder and contact list, also importing contacts). Currently cannot use tags for tracking where the customer is is on the workflow or sales funell, because it inheritates all tags not just the currently one.
  • Use tags on the switch block . With this we can define the next chatbot flow based on tags also (not just variables).
